Come join the DETAC as we celebrate the importance of including individuals with disabilities in the Nation’s workforce! This webinar will highlight the contributions of individuals with disabilities by demonstrating how a Center for Independent Living in a rural area and Council on Developmental Disabilities has paved the way to advance competitive, integrated employment (CIE) for people with disabilities. Additionally, we will learn about a self-advocate’s journey to competitive, integrated employment and how they contribute to an employer through having a ‘can-do’ attitude and hard work ethic.
